At RideSpark, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Items showing signs of wear, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, RideSpark will provide a replacement (subject to product availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), RideSpark will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
